- All online orders are processed daily from Monday to Friday. As soon as an order is registered in our online store, you will receive an email notification regarding its progress.
- In case of incorrect delivery details, customers must notify us before shipment. Orders containing incorrect information resulting from fraudulent activity will be ignored.
- For bank deposits, please include your order number (e.g. #101010) in the payment comments. For faster service, send the deposit receipt by email to [email protected].

- Payment via IRIS: Instant, secure, card-free payment — complete your purchase in seconds.

- You will be redirected to the Alpha Bank or Eurobank secure payment gateway where you can enter your card details with maximum security.

- You will be redirected to PayPal to complete your payment using your PayPal account. Please note that this payment method is only available when selecting BOX NOW shipping.

- Payment is made upon receipt of the parcel and only in cash. All applicable laws regarding maximum cash payment limits apply. An additional charge of €2.50 applies.

- Payment must be completed within 3 business days.

- Changes & Returns
- All returns and exchanges are accepted only after contacting our Customer Service Department.
- All items may be exchanged or returned provided that both the product and its packaging are in excellent condition.
- Consumers have the right to return a product within one month from the delivery date.
- Exchanges can be requested within one month from the delivery date.
- For the first exchange or return of an order, there is no charge. VETO SA covers shipping costs both ways for orders within Greece.
- For orders placed outside Greece, shipping charges apply depending on the destination country. Please contact Customer Service for details.
- For any additional exchange beyond the first one, shipping costs are borne by the customer.
- Shipping Methods
- All shipments within Greece are charged €2.50. Orders with a total value of €40 or more are shipped free of charge.
- For international shipments, additional charges apply depending on the destination and quantity ordered. The exact amount is calculated during checkout.
- Newsletter Subscription
- Our newsletter is sent to customers who subscribe by providing their email address.
- Customer Details Update
- Registered customers can update their account details after signing in through the login page.
- Each user is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account password. In the event of password loss, a new password can be automatically sent to the email address used during registration.
